Terms of Use

These are the basic terms, please refer to the full terms that is in each download.

All items that I create are for all aspects of tagging and scrapbooking so please read my preview as/or post for what you can do with them.

All tag templates that I create are for personal use only and can be used for challenges, ect, providing that you share the preview only and link back to my blog for download. Never share my download link.

I make free CU4CU & CU freebies and I don't care how much you put in kits, just don't add just my items to your kits, please add other designers. You are free to use my CU4CU and CU freebies to make FTU or PTU clusters and cluster frames with all my CU4CU and CU freebies.

CU4CU means that you can use all my marked CU4CU products to make new CU products either for free or to sell as new CU packs. You need to create something new out of them before you can sell them as CU. You can only add to them as is if it is either for a FTU or PTU sacrap kit.

CU means that all my products marked CU can be used as is in scrap kits, either for free or to sell. You cannot make new products out of them.

All my templates are marked CU4CU, which means you can can make CU packs out of the templates only, but you cannot sell the template itself as is. You can also make CU only Paint Shop Pro scripts and Photoshop actions out of all my templates, either for free or to sell as CU only. All my template examples are good for CU only and can be used as is in scrap kits.

All my tagger and full size papers are saved in png format and if your a poser tube designer then you can use them for textures for clothing, ect.

You cannot use my products that are marked for CU4CU and mark them CU4CU either for free or to sell without written permission from me first.

You are free to re-colour all my CU4CU and CU freebies to match your kit, etc as long as it is done tastefully.

PU Templates

All card and tag templates that I create are for personal use only. You may not share the PSD files, but the previews only. You can use them for tutorials, forum challenges, etc, but please share the previews and link back to my blog for download. DO NOT SHARE THE DOWNLOAD LINK!!!

BJD Masks

All my masks are saved in high quality jpeg and can be used in challenges and in your tutorials.

If using in challenges then you may share my masks but please link to my blog on where you have got it from.

If you are using my masks in your tutorials, please don't add them to your tutorial supplies, please direct people to where you have gotten my masks from.

All masks that I create are for personal use only.

S4H/S4O

All my CU4CU & CU freebies are now marked with S4H & S4O which if someone hires you to do a layout then you can use my freebies to make layouts, cards, etc and make a layout out of them and for S4O you can use my freebies to create layouts for others. What you can't do is make quick pages and sell them again and again. Credit would be nice but it is not mandatory. Thank you for your interest in my designs.

SCRAPKIT TERMS

Please read what you can and can't do with my kits

YOU MAY:

Create blog layouts, facebook sets, wallpapers etc, for yourself and for others providing that it is flatten and it is in either PNG or JPG formats

Use in challenges, providing that you only use my preview and link to my blog for download only

Resize and re-colour to suit your needs

Use to create clusters and cluster frames for free only and only for personal use

MAY NOT:

Claim the kit as your own or steal any of the elements to create your kits

Mix my kits with other designers, but you are allowed to mix with my kits only to suit your needs

You are allowed to mix with my kits if it is part of a collab only

Use any of my kits to tags, etc that will provide hurt to others

TUTORIAL WRITERS

You are more than welcome to use my kits in creating tutorials but DO NOT add any of my elements, etc in your tutorial supplies.  Please direct people to my blog so that they can use the themselves.

I have the rights to change these terms at any time, therefore it is up to you keep an eye for any changes to these.  If you have any problems or want to send me tag using any of my kits (if you do then please put Bekki on them), then please contact me using my email below.  If you do send me anything then I would be happy to showcase them on my blog.  If any of my terms are not met then I will not only offer freebies here on my blog any longer and only offer them to any forum or sites I am a member of.
